Linux-HA:Language policy

It seems though, that one

  1. adds {{Languages}} to the bottom of the page that needs to be translated.
  2. creates a new page with a /{code} suffix. eg. MyPage/ja

This results in a footer like the following

Languages Languages: 

English  • 日本語

Notes: Perhaps we can automate step 1 somehow
